It should fit closely but comfortably. Our products are designed to be form fitting and make you feel snug, secure, and upright. If you are not used to wearing tight-fitting clothing, start by wearing the product for short periods of time until your body can wear the product with effortless ease.

6. How long should I wear my AlignMed® product?
The duration you wear your product depends on your own body and goals. We recommend wearing the products until you get the relief or results you are seeking. This can be 2-4 hours a day or a full 12-hour period, depending on your personal tolerance level. As a general rule, wear the product to your own comfort level.
7. My muscles feel sore after wearing my AlignMed® product. Is this normal?
Yes, this is very normal. You may feel some muscle fatigue because of increased muscle activity--you are activating muscles that you are not used to using. it's the same as hitting a new muscle group during exercise. By activating muscles, you are generating heat, which may also result in a slight increase in body temperature.

9. How do I return my AlignMed® order?
If for any reason you want to return your order, please print and complete the return/exchange form and return the merchandise by mail. Our products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and must be in like-new condition. If your merchandise is eligible to be returned, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours and you will be notified via email. Items marked final sale, clearance, or customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
10. What is the warranty policy?
At Alignmed® we expect our products to be free of manufacturing defects. However, if you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact customer care within 60 days of your purchase. Return the item to us for evaluation and we will repair it if possible or replace all valid items. Normal wear and tear, modifications or alterations made by the customer, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed are not covered by the Alignmed® warranty.
