21 Day Challenge
At Alignmed we want our customers to love their Evidence Based Apparel (EBA®) purchase. It is said that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit therefore we offer a 21 Day Challenge Period with every product we sell.
Wear our product for 21 days straight (at least 6 hours a day) and if you don’t like it for any reason, return it and we will refund you for your product (shipping is non-refundable). All we ask you to do is give the product a chance to see what it can do for your body. Feel it, love it and believe it.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to make an exchange, you may return the product within 30 days of ship date. There are no refunds and exchanges after 30 days.
How to Return/Exchange
Step 1- Call us direct at 1-800-916-2544 to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Step 2- Identify the reason for return/exchange, invoice number, and the name of the party who made the purchase.
Step 3- We will promptly email you a packing slip to ship with your product which will include your RA number and the correct address to ship your product to. The RA number must be included on the outside of your package as well.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once we receive the original item back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to send the product back to us and we will pay for the new product to be shipped to you. Any difference in price between the new item you wish to receive and the item you originally ordered will be charged (or refunded) to your credit card. If you were shipped the incorrect product, we will send you a prepaid return label to get the incorrect item back.
If you wish to simply return a product for a refund and it is in the above-mentioned time frame, you will receive the refund in full (less the original shipping and handling). Refunds will post to the credit card account on file approximately 7 days after the original product has been received.
Warranty
If your product has a manufacturer DEFECT, we will exchange the item at no charge within 90 days of the ship date.
Warranty Exchange
Step 1- Call us direct at 1-800-916-2544 to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Step 2- Identify the warranty issue, invoice number, and the name of the party who made the purchase.
Step 3- We will promptly email you a packing slip to ship with your product which will include your RA number and the correct address to ship your product to. The RA number must be included on the outside of your package as well.
Step 4- We will ship the replacement product once we receive the defective item back.
