I was skeptical about how helpful this shirt would be for someone who spends 12-16+ h a day at a computer. An orthotics specialist at the spine clinic recommended I give this a try before trying more aggressive/firm posture aid options. I generally know how my body is supposed to feel when it's in good posture, but need reminders to adjust my posture when I'm at the computer for long periods of time. This shirt is like having someone gently tug at your shirt when your shoulders start to round forward. The shirt doesn't stop me from rounding my shoulders (nor did I expect it to), but I can feel the back straps against my upper back which is a reminder to me to adjust my posture. I'm a fan. My bust size is 33" and a small has worked well. I often wear it over another shirt so I can wear it more frequently between washes.

I have had poor posture for many years & now I am having back & shoulder pain. I read about Alignmed posture shirts in an orthopedic office waiting room. I ordered one of the zip up shirts. I work 10 hr shifts on the phone & computer most of the time. So posture & body alignment are extremely important. I have only been wearing the shirt for a few weeks but it seems to be comfortable & I feel my posture is improved with it on. It does roll up at the bottom but that will not keep me from wearing it. However I will probably order the Alignmed bra & give that a try as well.

I have EDS and when I wear this shirt I can tell I am getting the support I need. My one complaint is the color as there are only 2 options: black and white. Please make one in the color nude as it will do a better job of blending in under my clothes. Thank you.

This was the second Alignmed black zip up shirt I have purchased. There is a big difference I think between the two. The first one I had for several years and loved it. It was a huge help in helping my breathing while working out. I have COPD and have had it for years. A trainer told me about alignmed to help keep my shoulders down while working out. For years I have been raising my shoulders io get more air in and this shirt helps keep the shoulders down so that I breath better and deeper. Both are small. The older one has 18 inch zipper in the front with 8 hook and eyes. The new one has 16 inch zipper and 6 hook and eyes. The problem with the new one is when I drive to the gym or sit, it flips up and does not remain down around my hips. I have to always adjust the new one to help keep my shoulders down and improve my breathing. Just thought I would let you know. You may want to have more than one design in length. Thanks Pam McAtee

Being blessed with a lot of old injuries and re-injuries is a real pain. When I first tried the women's zip front posture shirt, I was a little skeptical since lifelong chiropractic care, EMS, laser therapy and gentle exercise have always fixed me up. Unfortunately at my age, they weren't working fast enough on the latest and greatest injury. Um, a little miracle happened! My Mother ordered me this "interesting" shirt. Not only was I able to get into the shirt with my torn shoulder ligament and muscle and dislocated ribs, but it felt GREAT, like wearing a hug :) The posture shirt was instrumental in helping keep me in place after my chiropractic adjustments and retraining the damaged bits to stay where they're supposed to stay. Fast forward a couple of years and I've managed to tear myself up again, same shoulder and ribs and neck is pretty tweeked as well. Back on with the shirt, and back on with my go to therapies. And order two more shirts that I now call "Magic Shirts"! This is an outstanding product and it is a genuine pleasure to call William and ask annoying questions and not only get the answers but also answers to questions I hadn't thought to ask. Helpful people, US based company, excellent product, there is a lot to love here.

Alignmed was recommended to me by a health professional when I had to start using a cane. I had a tendency to lean forward due to pain. With alignmed it immediately keeps my posture in the correct position and allows me to move more freely. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs help in maintaining a correct posture which also aids in healing.
That said, I was most upset that the only method of delivery was Fed Ex at a cost of $45 and with the US exchange put on the Canadian dollar my alignmed vest became a cost of $185. For any future purchase of this type of aid I will do more research and ensure that I purchase only in Canada where I live. I would recommend that anyone purchasing these items research the country they live in prior to ordering. Not because the vest I received wasn't of good quality but because I didn't live in the U.S. I found it cost prohibitive.

I really really like this product. It does what it is advertised to do. In fact, I ordered 2...one zippered and one unzippered, both in size 2XL. My only problem is it squashes my breasts flat, even without a bra on. Admittedly my bra size is 38D, but this is very uncomfortable and noticeable outside my clothing. Still I suffer through wearing it about 6 hours each day for the past 3 weeks and notice great improvement of posture and tiredness in back.

I do not have a back ache if I were this. Only issue is it rids up if you are on the heavy side. needs to be more a frame to give space for a wide waist.

It has been 1 week and I'm quite happy with this purchase so far. My partner commented on how straight my posture was immediately after I put it on.
Fit: In women's clothing, I fall between size 4 and 6 (pear shaped). The customer service representative kindly recommended size S. The zipper folds oddly while sitting and bottom does ride up after standing back up, but it is an easy to pull back down. There is also an elastic band along the hem that helps to curtail that.
My greatest concern would be with how well the bands will hold up with continued use. Like many others, I intend to wear and wash this near daily.

I purchased the zipper front Posture Shirt 2.0. I’m experiencing ALL the benefits and comforts mentioned in the advertising of the Posture Shirt 2.0. My issue was daily shoulder/low back pain. Since wearing the Posture Shirt, no more pain! I feel energized, more flexible and my posture is corrected! I’m 84 y.o. 5’6” 36b cup. 168lbs. Medium fits me perfectly! It’s a very rewarding investment!

I have a non-repairable torn rotator due to radiation tissue damage from cancer treatment. PT has helped but still have issues keeping the shoulder in place. This shirt helps relieve that issue and supports my shoulders and spine.

I have worn it every day, and I now have less back pain from being on my feet or walking. I have a small bosom, so I no longer need a bra. I ordered the shirt with the zipper which I love for casual wear, but I plan to buy the pullover style for other occasions because the zipper creates bumps under the clothes.

I love my Alignmed Zipper Posture Shirt! I have hypermobility issues and this shirt has helped so much. I'm 5'2", 34A bra size, and weigh 112 lbs. This small fits well. The sizing seems a bit inconsistent. The first one I received I ended up exchanging due to an issue in the stitching. It was also a small and was a bit looser around abdomen and the sides behind the arms. This second one is more snug of a fit which I do like better. However, the elastic around the waist is much tighter than the first one, and tends to ride up after a lot of bending and activity. Regardless, they both fit (albeit differently) and helped tremendously. I do favor the fit of the second one though! The 30 day return policy is fabulous. Takes the risk out of trying the product. I'm glad I called to exchange it. It was convenient and efficient.

I can really see and feel the difference the Postural Fitness shirt makes! I visibly have much better posture than I can when "I think" I am standing up straight. My neck, that has some disk issues also feels much better when I wear the shirt. Expensive, but worth it to me because I see and feel the difference. The shirt also runs small according to how it fits me even though I am within the weight range. I exchanged it for a larger size.

The posture shirt has helped me tremendously! I am a hair stylist and I had a cervical and lumbar fusion. The posture shirt helps to keep my posture right and relieves my pain. When I do not wear it, I get fatigue faster and start to get pain. When I put the posture shirt on, within 5 minutes I notice a difference and feel like a new person.

I really like this posture shirt. When I first tried it on, I immediately stood a little taller and straighter. I wear it a lot but just wish they had one without sleeves for the summer tank tops. It really helps in so many ways. Worth the money. Brought one for my daughter, who also loves it.

So much to say! I am wearing my new posture shirt it looks amazing and feels even better. I have taken my first deep breath in a long time and feel weightless! My circulation is almost buzzing! I feel so open and alive. My right shoulder for the first time is in the right place. My lower back is relaxing even though it looks like I am standing at attention. I am amazed by these products.
