My wife bought me 2 of these shirts to help with my posture. I work standing on my feet all day but hunched over a workstation. Since I started wearing these shirts I've noticed a big difference in my posture and haven't had as much pain in back. I have arthritis in my shoulders, while working out my shoulders hurt due to misalignment. Evan at work, my shoulders hurt. I heard someone talking about a shirt that puts your shoulders in proper position.
I searched and found Alignmed.
I ordered the black pull over. When it showed up, I immediately put it on. And it felt great.
I took it off, went for a walk, my rear deltoids were pumped, it worked. I wore it again the next day for weight lifting, Best workout I have had in a long time!

I've tried the small posture improvement straps but they were difficult to get on so I decided to try the Alignmed and although it was difficult at first to get on it got easier over time. The shirt definitely helps improve my posture and even when it's off I notice an improvement.
The fit was also correct and I'll definitely get another one.

I have bulging discs in my lower back and have used various braces, physical therapy, and yoga. While physical therapy and yoga helped, my back pain would come back due to my poor posture. The braces did not adjust my posture very well, but these Posture Shirts have really done the trick. I wear them at work and while playing sports to reduce the load on my lower back and encourage muscle usage during these activities. My shoulders were sore the first week I wore the shirts clearly showing me my poor posture. Since then I feel great, have better posture, and don't even have to continue yoga/physical therapy to maintain my good health. I tell anyone I hear about with back pain about these shirts and have gifted some to a few people as well. Due to the success of the Posture Shirts, I recently purchased the insoles from Alignmed. In the beginning they felt odd on my feet, but now they feel pretty good. They were very easy to fit to my shoe with their recommended cut lines on them. Alignmed has worked very well for me and I am glad my friend told me about them years ago!

Can barely get over my head, at 5’9 155 way to tight. Made contact with company for XL or 2 xl and they asked my chest size, gave to them then no response. After paying $100 want shirt to fit. So far customer service a joke

They are good but expensive. Also received an invoice for £76/$104 tax bill from fedex for delivery. If you are not from the US I would avoid.

Have been using my shirt for about three weeks. I wear it during my PT sessions and sleep in it a couple times a week. Very comfortable and is passively correcting my shoulder slouch and computer "hump back". Posture is improving. I find that when I sleep with it on, the morning "crawl out of bed" lower back aches and pains are really reduced. Superior quality materials, construction, and results, justify the price. Only complaint is that the arms are a little loose and offer little support to upper arm and outer shoulder muscles and frame.

When I purchased this shirt I planned on wearing it for a few hours a day. It is o comfortable that now it all day instead of my undershirt. Everyone has told me that I have lost weight but it is the compression of the shirt that makes me look slimmer.

I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff In my right shoulder. I have some atrophy of the muscles in that shoulder and my arm hangs lower than my left arm. My doctor recommended I purchase this shirt for pain relief and posture correction. I have about a 3 out of 10 pain rating all the time in that shoulder. When I wear my posture shirt, I don’t have any pain and I can do things like vacuum and do dishes without any pain. For me, it’s been wonderful. I bought one for my husband for long distance driving to help with back fatigue and he loves it too. I highly recommend this shirt.

Have always struggled to maintain proper posture. Working from home due to COVID exacerbated shoulder and neck pain so much that I searched for a solution. I found it with Alignmed’s pullover and zip-up. I was skeptical but the difference was immediate and sustained. i wear this as an undershirt when i play volleyball. works well as it provides great support to my lower back and shoulders. the slight issue is removing the shirt afterwards. takes a little effort to get it off..sometimes have to ask my wife for help.

Tried many other ones and this one just latches on just right a little tight but i am a heavy XL but the fact that it pulls me upright and fights my tendency to slouch others slide with my slouch no sir jot this one

This one on the first day wore it at home for 6 hrs next morning I notice my posture and tendency to slouch improved greatly
I recommend to definitely give it a try before you knock and dont worry about the price it beats growing old with bad posture !!

I took a bit of a plunge buying this, since this shirt promises a lot.
I bought this for wearing when I work at home and it really reduces the pain in my back after a day of work. Even after an accidental wash in the washing machine it seems to have kept its structure.

I have been using them for at least 5 years now with great results I normally purchase between 3 to 4 per year in both colours they pull your shoulders straight support your back and come well down on your hips with a supportive band very comfortable and easy to wear all year round must be good when I send for them as I live in Ireland 6000 miles from California where they are made
