Alignmed Return Policy
ALIGNMED RETURN POLICY: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
As a convenience to our customers and patients, Alignmed warrants all of its products against breakage or failure to the original purchaser for a period of 90 days. If a product fails to function due to defects in materials or workmanship, Alignmed will repair, replace or refund such product to the customer, after Alignmed Quality Assurance has inspected the return merchandise. If a product is not defective and is in re-sellable condition, as determined by AQA, refunds or credits will be issued if requested within 30 days of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or mistreatment of the product. The warranty is void if Alignmed product(s) have been altered in any manner.
Return Merchandise Guideline:
1. Contact our Customer Care Department at (800) 916-2544 ext 224 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
2. Include a copy of the Patient Agreement form with the fitting date (if applicable).
3. Product must be returned in its entirety and original packaging in order for Alignmed to repair, replace or refund the patient/customer. An RA will not be honored if a brace is received back missing any of the following components: original packaging, brace, straps, DVD, laptop bag and instruction sheet.
4. Please include an explanation of defective product(s).

* IMPORTANT: Merchandise will not be refunded without prior notification of return.
Please note that Alignmed reserves the right to refuse any returned items if the above requested information is not provided or any product(s) is found to be in violation of the product warranty.
Also, please note that Alignmed has 30 days to credit or refund customers.
