AlignMed Return Policy


ALIGNMED RETURN POLICY: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

As a convenience to our customers and patient, Alignmed warrants all of its products against breakage or failure to the original purchaser for a period of 60 days. If a product fails to function due to defects in materials or workmanship, Alignmed will repair, replace or refund such product to the customer, after Alignmed Quality Assurance has inspected the return merchandise.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or mistreatment of the product. The warranty is void if Alignmed product(s) have been altered in any manner.

Return Merchandise Guideline:
1. Contact our Returns Department at (800) 916-2544 ext 185 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
2. Include a copy of the Patient Agreement form with the fitting date (if applicable).
3. Product must be returned in its entirety and original packaging in order for Alignmed to repair, replace or refund the patient/customer. An RA will not be honored if a brace is received back missing any of the following components: original packaging, brace, straps, DVD, laptop bag and instruction sheet.
4. Please include an explanation of defective product(s).
5. Ship brace (unless instructed differently by the Returns Department) to:

* IMPORTANT: Merchandise will not be refunded without prior notification of return.

Please note that Alignmed reserves the right to refuse any returned items if the above requested information is not provided or any product(s) is found to be in violation of the product warranty.

A minimum restocking fee of $75.00 will be applied for ALL products returned for reasons not covered under the warranty.

Also, please note that Alignmed has 30 days to refund a customer a customer their money.
